What is Mystical Plate?

If you need a certain World Plate but don't want to wait for it to appear, you can use the Mystical Plate, which is located in the lower right corner of the screen. This Plate allows you to place a World Plate anywhere you want — it will take shape of a Plate that suits the particular slot where you placed it. Using Mystical Plate costs Ether, but you get a free Mystical Plate after placing 8-12 common plates.
