Crashes/freezes issue

Here are the most frequent reasons for these:

1.  Not enough free space
2.  Several apps running at the same time, causing RAM overload.

We recommend having at least 1GB of free space on your device and closing all the other applications before you start playing.

If that`s not the case (you have enough space and the other applications were closed while you were playing), please, contact our Support Team. Ensure that your ticket contains:

1. Your device`s full name (model);

2. Current OS version

3. Detailed description of the game crash conditions (e.g.: “When I trigger next wave; switch to 2x speed mode; place one certain tower; etc.”)

With all this info we`ll be fully informed about the conditions and help you in short terms.
