in game purchase for promotional tower + 200 star for $4.99 on apple store, first time apple store said purchase successful, but when i went in game, the tower was not there! i physically closed the game and the promotion tower is still in promotion, i did not receive. tried to purchase again, and this time i got it. but now i am being charged TWICE for one tower i received. please refund.
