My game keeps crashing or doesn't launch. What can I do to fix that?

Under certain circumstances your game may lag, crash, or doesn’t launch.

The lack of storage space might be the reason of this. To check available storage space, go to Settings. You can free some space by removing unused applications.

For optimal performance, it's important that you clear the memory of your device from time to time. You can do this by shutting down apps you're not using at the moment. When all applications have been closed, launch the game again.

Defenders 2 might not be supported by your device.

Try rebooting your device and/or reinstall the game.

    My map cant loadin. I cant see anything in map. My map is empty. Can you help me

    Game loads, but doesn't do anything after the splash screen appears.

    Since the update all the game does is synchronize.

    Is there something happening for the synchronizing issue? I think the facebook link is causing it because my friends without it, can play the game

    Have the same issue, did anyone submit a request to fix this issue, or just on hold and got noting out of it?

    Just got the new s24 ultra and reloaded. It keeps crashing upon startup. Have un-installed and reinstalling 3 times.
