Towers disappear from the collection

This situation might be happening due to the new multisale system, it automatically selects the card on which you press the button with coins.

There is an option to lock the cards that you don't want to sell or fuse accidentally, please, open the card in your collection, press the button on the bottom right corner and choose "Fuse locked".
